Dear Dr. Marcarian,

I am writing this letter to you today for a myriad of reasons; I will detail only the most important ones!
When I first contacted your office, not only did I not have dental insurance AND a mouth full of really big problems, but I also had a very active FEAR, Paranoia or as some may recognize - "an issue" with going to the dentist. Suffice it to say that I have had bad experiences in the past which in turn, dictated the fate of my smile!

As fate would have it, my teeth were in terrible shape and I could no longer tolerate the pain. Not only that, but I was at the point where I would put my hand over my mouth if I even thought for a second that I might smile! Lindy answered the phone when I called. She was very informative, patient and most of all kind to me on the phone. I explained my fears and she encouraged me to make an appointment and meet Dr. Marcarian. Lindy put me at ease, so I did. I made the appointment AND I showed up for it!!!

I have never met such a warm, friendly, and patient dentist in all my 37 years! The rest of the crew are amazing people too - they have personalities! (Something I am not used to from a dental office!) My anxiety level was already high, the sound of a drill or the DDS on the door can send my nerves into overdrive. After meeting with Dr. M and coming up with a treatment plan, we decided that Sedation Dentistry would be the best course of action for me.

After only a few appointments I have been weaned off of sedation (by MY choice) and for the most part, use only local anesthesia. AMAZING! Old habits die hard, I'm far from a "normal" patient. I still get nervous and anxious and all of that garbage. But, Dr. Marcarian jokes around with me about it, and Dee and Steve and Lindy all work with me on my level. They have taken the time to get to know me and for that; I am eternally grateful.

Thank you Dr. Marcarian and Thank You everyone that works there for being such wonderful PEOPLE. And thank you for giving me a smile that I no longer feel I need to cover up with my hand! I smile proudly now - because I have a set of teeth that are beautiful!

I've been seeing Dr. Marc for 4 years now.  The dentist has always been my least favorite medical visit, but Dr. Marc and his staff make it pleasant.  They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and they try to be gentle.  I had gum surgery last year and they worked with me to make a payment plan for the portion my insurance didn't cover.  I would definitely recommend Dr. Marcarian.

Usually going to the dentist is painful and difficult, but at Dr. Marcarian, it's easy and very pleasant. His staff is organized, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. (Lindy and Stephen are amazing!)
His office is nicely decorated, he has all the modern bells and whistles for examining your teeth PLUS they have evening and Saturday hours, so making an appointment is easy.

I would never trust my pearly whites to anyone else other than Dr. Marcarian and his staff.  It was hard for me to trust another dentist after a horrible experience I had with a previous dental visit before becoming Dr. Marcarian's patient.  I had just moved in the area and went to one that was nearby.  Needless to say, I never went back to that dentist.

I found Dr. Marcarian back when he was working at a dental group office located in Reseda.  He opened his own location and I decided I was going to follow him wherever he went.  I've been a patient of his for about 8 years now.  I've come to know his staff, who are very friendly.  My hygienist, Roy, is gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth.  My experiences at this dental office have been anything but horrific.  There has not been one instance where I was given less than satisfactory care.  Dr. Marcarian is very skilled in what he does, and uses up-to-date technology.  His work is amazing!

And for those who don't have insurance, they accept a payment plan through Care Credit.

There was no guess work or confusion, which I really appreciated. Your prices were reasonable and more than fair, especially for your state of the art diagnostics, dental equipment, and expertise.
